Connext Payroll is a product of eVamb Technologies, operated on the neekOS platform. We process personal and payroll data on behalf of employer customers (the data controllers) and as a controller for our own website visitors and account holders.
To run payroll we process employee identity, employment, compensation, tax-profile, banking and pay-record data. Sensitive identifiers (SIN, bank details) are encrypted at the column level and masked on read; decryption is a separate, privileged, audited operation. We collect only what the law and the payroll function require (data minimisation).
Canadian personal and payroll data is pinned to a Canadian region (northamerica-northeast1/2) and is not moved out of region without a documented basis.
We record consent before sending any commercial electronic message and every message carries an unsubscribe path. A Customer Contact Gate blocks any notification path that cannot prove consent.
In-product copilots answer questions from your company's own data, scoped per tenant. We do not use customer personal data to train models, and the assistant never gives definitive tax or legal advice.
